The following categories of service providers process personal information on our behalf. Each provider has its own privacy practices, which we have reviewed for appropriateness.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information after account deletion for legitimate business purposes such as legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our terms.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by emailing hello@sentinelmedia.co. Once a deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

All connections between our applications and our servers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication credentials are never stored in plaintext.

No security program is perfect, and no method of electronic transmission or storage is one hundred percent secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you live, you have the following choices regarding your information:

10. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) give you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

To exercise these rights, email hello@sentinelmedia.co with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

11. European and UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or equivalent law gives you the following rights regarding your personal data:

Our legal bases for processing your personal data include: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you have signed up for), our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent (where applicable, such as for marketing communications or optional SMS alerts).

To exercise these rights, email hello@sentinelmedia.co.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In some jurisdictions, the age threshold for parental consent is higher than 13 (for example, 16 in parts of the European Union). In those jurisdictions, our Services are not directed to users below the applicable threshold.

13. International Users

Sentinel Media is based in the United States. If you use our Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

14. Do Not Track

15. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Services aggregate and display publicly available content from third-party sources (for example, public posts, public articles, and public broadcasts). When you tap on a piece of content to view it on its original source, you will be taken to a third-party website or platform that has its own privacy practices, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Services. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification or an email to your account address).
